Refund Policy

Each reading is a personalized digital product, generated from your unique birth data and delivered to your email. Because it is made to order and delivered digitally, here is how we handle refunds.

Custom, digital, and delivered — no refund after delivery

Once your reading has been delivered to your email, it cannot be refunded — it is a one-of-a-kind digital product created specifically for you and cannot be returned. Please make sure your birth details are correct at checkout.

If you haven't received your reading

If you were charged but did not receive your reading, email contact@sajuclarity.com with your order email and we will refund you in full. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record, Creem.
